1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the SignalHOT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of service
SignalHOT provides a B2B customer intelligence platform that surfaces churn risk, escalation, and customer health signals for support organisations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Each user account must represent an individual person. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
- Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.
5. Subscription and payment
Access to the Service is subject to payment of the applicable subscription fee. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you import into or generate within the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.
7. Intellectual property
The SignalHOT platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by SignalHOT and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.
8. Availability and support
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided in accordance with the support plan associated with your subscription.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalHOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with notice as specified in your subscription agreement. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, unless an earlier deletion is requested.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
