Chief Executive Officer

Praveen Sahni is a technology leader and AI innovator with 25+ years of experience across enterprise SaaS and global engineering, and a two-time U.S. Patent holder for AI innovations in customer service and support. As VP of Global Innovations at Rimini Street, he led the development of AI, machine learning, and big data platforms that transformed how a global enterprise operates. Prior to that, he spent 15+ years at Oracle leading product development across supply chain, HR, financials, and systems integration — managing engineering teams of 100+ across multiple product lines.

Over those 25 years, one lesson repeated itself: companies already have the data to predict customer churn, escalation, and growth opportunities — they just have no tool to surface those signals to the right team before it's too late.

That insight became SignalHOT. Praveen brought together the vision and team behind the platform, giving B2B CS and support leaders AI-powered early warning on churn risk, escalation, and expansion opportunities — turning hidden data into decisive action. Holding a Master's in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, he brings both the engineering depth to build it and the product vision to make it matter.

As EVP of Global Service Delivery at Rimini Street for 15 years, he built a 1,200-person organization across 23 countries, serving 5,200+ clients including Fortune Global 500 companies — achieving a 4.9/5.0 client satisfaction score and earning 70+ service excellence awards. He also served as EVP of Corporate Development at Rimini Street, driving M&A strategy, and held senior sales and operations leadership roles at Oracle, Saba Software, and Ocular Sciences.

Today, Brian leads Slepko Technology Consulting, advising enterprise organizations on maximizing value from their software support ecosystems. He brings to SignalHOT deep expertise in customer success at scale, service delivery excellence, and enterprise go-to-market — making him an invaluable guide as we scale SignalHOT into the platform CS and support leaders rely on.

Sandesh Sharda is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and philanthropist with over 30 years of leadership experience across technology, federal contracting, real estate, and social impact. As Founder and President of Miracle Systems for nearly two decades, he scaled the company into one of the most successful U.S. federal IT contracting firms, delivering $2.6 billion in contracts across DHS, TSA, the State Department, and the Department of Defense.

Today, Sandesh leads Gro More Portfolio Management, investing in startups and deep tech ventures, and co-founded IAMBIG — one of the fastest-growing networks of Indian-American entrepreneurs in the Washington DC area. He also serves as a judge on Zee's Ideabaaz, mentoring India's next generation of entrepreneurs.
