Founded by an enterprise software veteran who saw the problem from the inside, and guided by advisors who have run customer success at scale.

Praveen Sahni
Chief Executive Officer

Praveen Sahni is the Founder and CEO of SignalHOT, the AI signals platform that tells B2B support and customer success teams which accounts to protect and which to grow. He started the company on a conviction formed over 25 years in enterprise software: the data that predicts churn, escalation and expansion is already sitting in every company's helpdesk and CRM, and no one had built the tool to put it in front of the right team in time.

He comes to that from the inside. As VP of Global Innovations at Rimini Street he built the AI, machine learning and big data platforms that changed how a global enterprise ran its service organization. Before that he spent 15+ years at Oracle leading product development across supply chain, HR, financials and systems integration, with engineering teams of 100+ across multiple product lines. He holds two U.S. patents for AI innovations in customer service and support.

At SignalHOT he sets product and engineering direction, and holds the platform to one standard: every signal it raises has to be explainable to the person who has to act on it. He holds a Master's in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.

Brian Slepko is a veteran enterprise technology executive with over three decades of experience scaling global customer success and service delivery operations. As EVP of Global Service Delivery at Rimini Street for 15 years, he built a 1,200-person organization across 23 countries, serving 5,200+ clients including Fortune Global 500 companies - achieving a 4.9/5.0 client satisfaction score and earning 70+ service excellence awards. He also served as EVP of Corporate Development at Rimini Street, driving M&A strategy, and held senior sales and operations leadership roles at Oracle, Saba Software, and Ocular Sciences.

Today, Brian leads Slepko Technology Consulting, advising enterprise organizations on maximizing value from their software support ecosystems. He brings to SignalHOT deep expertise in customer success at scale, service delivery excellence, and enterprise go-to-market - making him an invaluable guide as we scale SignalHOT into the platform CS and support leaders rely on.

Sandesh Sharda is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and philanthropist with over 30 years of leadership experience across technology, federal contracting, real estate, and social impact. As Founder and President of Miracle Systems for nearly two decades, he scaled the company into one of the most successful U.S. federal IT contracting firms, delivering $2.6 billion in contracts across DHS, TSA, the State Department, and the Department of Defense.

Today, Sandesh leads Gro More Portfolio Management, investing in startups and deep tech ventures, and co-founded IAMBIG - one of the fastest-growing networks of Indian-American entrepreneurs in the Washington DC area. He also serves as a judge on Zee's Ideabaaz, mentoring India's next generation of entrepreneurs.

He brings to SignalHOT deep expertise in enterprise technology, venture investing, and entrepreneurial growth - making him an invaluable advisor as SignalHOT pushes the frontier of AI-powered customer intelligence in the enterprise CS space.
