1. Who we are
SignalHOT ("we", "us", "our") provides a B2B customer intelligence platform for support organisations. Our registered address and contact information are available on request at hello@signalhot.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account data: name, work email address, and role provided during registration.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.
- Customer data: data your organisation imports or connects to SignalHOT via integrations (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk). This data is processed on your behalf and remains under your control.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and authentication tokens.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the SignalHOT platform.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
- To improve the platform through aggregate, anonymised usage analysis.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted sub-processors (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery) solely to operate the platform. All sub-processors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account termination upon request. Customer data (data you import) can be deleted at any time via the platform or by contacting us.
6. Your rights

7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls to protect your data. Credentials for third-party integrations are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption before storage.
8. Cookies
The SignalHOT platform uses a single authentication token stored in browser localStorage. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
